• 8-10+ years' experience as a Software developer/Senior Software developer
• 6+ years of experience in web or mobile application development and support experience using: Visual Studio ASP.Net, C#, XML, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, HTML, Java, or other object-oriented language
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• K2 blackpearl experience – Good experience in Smartobjects, Smartforms and extenders
• Experience of K2 Designer, K2 Studio, K2 Workspace and K2 for Visual studio
• Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading.
• 2+ years of working with K2's Workflow and blackpearl products. K2 blackpearl experience – Good experience in Smartobjects, Smartforms and extenders
• Proven ability to lead a small team to deliver to customer expectations
