Data Analyst with project management exp

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Duration: 18 months

● This position will entail two roles: 

o Data analyst 

o Project Management 

Data Analyst: 

● Needs to have the ability to comprehend large amount of data provided, analyze, capture and maintain updates, create dashboards/reports/snapshots/presentations (different views based on the audience). 

● Needs to be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. 

● Needs to have critical thinking/problem solving skills. 

● Needs to be detailed oriented. 

● Needs to have a decent understanding of how costs are built for infrastructure services and applications. 

● Needs to have ability & motivation to work independently. 

● Previous experience in TSA management in Mergers, Acquisition, Divestiture space is a plus. 

● Educational degree in finance is a plus. 

Project Manager: 

● Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) 

● Should be able to lead meetings with senior members of the IT organization. 

● Needs to be collaborative. Needs to have facilitation/elicitation skills. 

● Should be able to persistently follow-up with IT team members for updates. 

● Needs to be proficient in project management methodology, should be able to create/maintain project schedule, risks/issues/decision tracking, detailed status reporting etc. 

Top 3 Technical Skills:

1. Needs to have the ability to understand large amount of data provided, analyze, capture and maintain updates, create dashboards/reports/snapshots. 

2. Needs to be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.  

Top 3 Non-Technical Skills: 

1. Should be able to lead meetings with senior members of the IT organization 

2. Needs to be collaborative and have facilitation/elicitation/communication skills.
