1. 12+ years of expert level proficiency and hands-on experience in working with Java/J2EE applications
2. Experience in P&C Insurance Domain
3. Architecting solutions to collect, store, and analyze variety of data and identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth and communicate key insights across all levels
4. Provide thought-leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects
5. Managing multiple projects with various deadlines and co-coordinating with offshore teams
