1) Data Tester 
Location: Roseland, NJ
Duration: 6 month

Rate: $45/hr on C2C
 
Responsibilities:
  • Define ETL testing process and validate business rules and policies to data and transformations including all data pipelines on Hadoop Clusters, monitoring data activities in Kafka, Spark, etc
  • Understand the data model and ETL flow
  • Validate the data from the data sources through each step of the extract and transformation process including final load in the data warehouse
  • Develop and review test plans and test scripts
  • Ensure accurate data and reporting, in terms of content and infrastructure by researching and identifying source of errors
  • Write SQL scripts to extract data from various databases and systems and compare against data warehouse
  • Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify recurring patterns of errors
  • Ensure data standards/integrity are maintained in order to deliver the highest quality products
  • Develop and automate integration, functional, and system test scripts
  • Present the findings to project stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in large scale data warehouse projects
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and ETL workflows
  • Strong SQL analysis skills with experience writing simple to complex SQL queries
  • Exposure to big data testing, Kafka and Spark streaming
  • Knowledge in Java & Informatica preferable, but not required
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with working on Agile/Scrum method of product implementation and delivery

Duration: 6 month

Rate: $45/hr on C2C

Responsibilities:
  • Heavy PL/SQL skills (~8 years working experience) using Oracle
  • Good Unix/Shell skills
  • experience with ETL tools, data manipulation, and data research
  • Agile experience
  • experience managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Experience with Hadoop is a huge plus
  • Experience with Kafka a strong nice to have.

Overview:
The Sr. Network Consultant will outline Technical Architecture descriptions across domains (Primarily Network with Communication and Security as secondary), functions, and industries, then monitoring and governing the implementation. They will be responsible for solution design and transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support IE  The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solution leads to business transformation.They will also participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses. Consultant should have a design background with ability to communicate to stakeholders, IT leadership and Network with ease. The skills needed to be successful would be a network as a service, software defined, cloud integrated architectural background.

Requirements:
  • Must have Lead/Architect level Network engineer with 7+ years of experience in leading the enterprise network design & implementation, security and support: {Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs }
  • Demonstrated current working experience with the design, deployment and ongoing management of Cisco networking solutions. (Network & Security Focus}
  • Good knowledge of Cisco hardware and IOS including:
  • Cisco's Wireless Access Points, Bridges and encryption.
  • Cisco Switches, Firewalls, IDS, VPN Concentrator and Routers.
  • Network analyzing/management tools (i.e. Cisco Works, WLSE, Solarwinds).
  • Comprehension of networking concepts including network design principles, data flow determination, routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, spanningtree, etc.
