Position: Security PKI Engineer

Location: McLean, VA

Duration:  Long term.

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. May perform quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations.  May also perform security assessments or configure software in support of system security requirements. Systems Programmer Includes performance tuning, installs, and upgrades to systems software, such as Entrust PKI and RSA systems.  Also includes storage administration. Systems Security Analyst Includes all functions related to enterprise-wide PKI data security,  Also includes efforts to mitigate data security risks. Service Experience 5+ years Financial Services experience 2+ years required Performance Tuning 4+ years of demonstrated experience tuning main frame environments Capital One Experience Desired Deep knowledge of diverse systems and platforms and exposure to new and emerging technologies Preferred Qualifications:  - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science - 3+ years of experience with Entrust PKI or 3+years of experience with Microsoft PKI or 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Certificate System - At least 2 years of Linux Admin experience or at least 2 years of Unix Admin experience - 1+ year experience with RSA Authentication Manager - 5+ years of experience in IT Development  - 1+ year experience with Red Hat Directory Server  - Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Access Management software, Active Directory – Cert management and other PKI experience a plus.
