JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· 8+ years of strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce.com.

· Demonstrated proficiency in custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting

· Demonstrated knowledge of Apex (Language, Trigger, Class, Web Service), Visual Force (Page, Component, Controllers), SOQL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules and data integrity).

· Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.

· Assist with database de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.

· Help drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through documentation, support and training of new and current employees.

· Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.

· Project manage all activities associated with further Salesforce developments and integrations.
