Position: Vmware Or Virtualization Architect

Location: Woonsocket, RI/ Scottsdale, AZ

Duration: Long Term

 

 Need Visa copy for submission 

 

- Certification/Qualification Requirement: VCP / MCSE / RHCE / CCNP with 4-6 years of experience. Higher level multi-vendor certifications are a huge plus

 

Job Requirement: - Hands on experience with hypervisor and compute virtualization technologies (VMware, VSphere, VCenter, VCloud, VMware View, Microsoft Hyper-V, RedHat KVM, Citrix XenServer XenDesktop and XenApp).

 

- Experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS & PaaS & SaaS) services and solutions.

 

- Experience in Network and Storage virtualization.

 

- Experience with Elastic Scaling and Automated Application Deployment on cloud solutions.

 

- Experience with VMware vSphere 3,4,5, VMware vCenter 3,4,5, NetApp and Hitachi Storage

 

- Experience with integration of infrastructure virtualization solutions with other platform technologies (i.e. Storage, Server, Network, Active Directory, Database other operating systems).

 

- Strong knowledge on Server platforms: Cisco Unified Computing Systems, HP, Dell, IBM server infrastructure.

 

- Strong knowledge on OS platforms: Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, Redhat 5,6, CentOS 5,6

 

- Understanding of Security Standards and concepts

 

- Strong knowledge on Storage platforms: Storage Area Networking (SAN), Network Attached Storage (DAS) and SSD - NetApp, EMC, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Brocade, FusionIO etc.

 

- Strong knowledge on Data Center Infrastructure: Cisco Nexus, high-end data
