Job Description:              Looking for a resource who specializes in Tableau and other visualization tools who can take HR/talent data we have and create relevant views that we can publish to HR Business partners.
 
Practitioners of the IT Application Development profession primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications. Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications.
Top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
