Technical/Functional Skills
· Data Validation, Testing (test plan and scripts)
· Microsoft SQL
· CRM Modules and Dashboards
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role of the resource –
· Coordinate testing activities with client's Project Manager
· Data validation, test plan and script development, documentation
· Integration testing
· Facilitate meetings between testing and development teams
· Status Reporting, tracking and updating the project plan
· Point of contact for all product related issues
· Coordination with Change Management and Release management teams
· Interaction and coordination of day to day activities
Generic Managerial Skills:
· Strong problem solving skills
· Ability to think analytically
· Detail oriented
· Strong documentation skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Customer Focus
