Job Description:-
· Very good ITIL process knowledge
· Very good Servicenow functional knowledge
· Servicenow Technical knowledge is preferred( at a minimum configuration skills)
· Should have played an advisory role
· Business process engineering skills
· Should have played solution architect role
· Very good communication skills
· ITIL Expert certification preferred. At least intermediate ITIL certification
· Servicenow admin certification and implementation certification preferred
· Experience working with remote teams must
· Production support experience is a must
· Total IT exp 10 plus years ITIL experience
· 5 years plus Servicenow experience
