IAM/ CyberArk Security Engineer

Owings Mills, MD

6+ month/ Contract

Phone and In Person

Must be USC, GC or EAD- GC

• Must be able and willing to attend an in-person interview in Owings Mills, MD (north of Baltimore)
•  
• NOT looking for a Java Developer or UNIX Administrator. NOT looking for a Network Engineer who does not have a Security background
• 
  
• Must have Administration experience with an Identity & Access Management tool (highly preferred is CyberArk or Axway; Other tools include Bitwise, IBM Identity Management, Courion, etc.)
• 
  
• NO remote options; Must be on-site in either Owings Mills, MD

  

About the Team
 Manage Information Security Technology Division within CareFirst
 Dedicated Information Security department, ranging from Cyber Security, Access Control, Access Administration, etc.
 In this department, mostly responsible for managing architecture and managing access and identify management
 Gatekeeper of any new product, technology, or solution implemented in Information Security
 Department has close to 20 team members, over two centers, Columbia & Owings Mills

Purpose of Position
 Last year, CareFirst acquired two new tools: Axway SOA Gateway and CyberArk Application Password Management.
 For Axway, all information coming in to CareFirst was pass through this gateway.
 As far as CyberArk, this will be a "silent" application in the background.
 Both systems have been deployed. That said, while the team has some knowledge of these platforms, they are overworked, and would like to bring on an additional resource to administer these platforms.

Responsibilities
 Administer updates to security appliances
 Perform configuration changes, as the business requires
 Implement new features of CyberArk and Axway

Required Skills
 CyberArk Application Password Management tool or any other privilege identity management tool
 Axway SOA Gateway or any other SOA governance tool
 General administration experience, related to identity & access management
 Experience administering security tools
