Plusses:

Web Services Experience

ADFS/Site Minder Experience

C#.Net is preferred over VB.Net

  

Full Life Cycle: Creating/Updating SharePoint Component Detailed Designs

Develop/Build Components

Unit Testing

Bug & Defect Resolution (need to be familiar with whole lifecycle).
