1. 10+ yrs of Exp. in BI

2. Strong MS SSIS ETL experience

3. Must have healthcare exp.

4. DW Data Modelling - added advantage

 

Client has existing ETL solution developed by another vendor, which is not performing well. e.g one job takes 22 hrs to complete, business wants it to be done in 7-8 hrs.

Resource should look provider short term solutions (e,g, fixing long running jobs) and also architect long term roadmap for better ETL design.
