Are you looking for a way to help out in the community? If so, I have a great opportunity for you.
PICO Florida/FOCUS Orlando is looking for volunteers to help with voter registration along with getting the word out about Amendment 3. This particular amendment will allow politicians to take additional funding from essential services for schools, seniors, families and civil servant employees, on top of the deep cuts that they have already experienced. At the same time, it will fail to do anything to put the state's fiscal house in order or eliminate wasteful spending. Our communities will suffer if this amendment passes, that is why it is crucial that we get the word out and we need your help!!
We have a number of volunteer shifts, 7 days a week, until the election. You're more than welcome to bring family and friends....the more the merrier!!
