Yes! Aileen. The "how to do it" will take care of itself when we focus our attention on a new intention.
I think the "difficulty" is changing our minds. How do we change our focus from problems to possibilities? How do we change our worldview from the illusion of scarcity and limits to the reality of abundance? How do we embrace our connection to each other and all species? How do we stop reacting to our fears?
I am not sure it takes sacrifice, that seems to be the old "not enough" scarcity and problem-focus paradigm. This is the mindset that keeps us trapped.
We have an abundance of time, energy, creativity and love. What keeps us from embracing this reality?
I think it just takes a willingness from us to dare greatly, to step out, to be creative and to be vulnerable with each other -- to live our lives wholeheartedly. Real compassion might help too.
