· Title: Java Architect
· Location: Bay Area
· Duration: 3 months+
·
· Basic Skills - Required
o 5+ years of experience in leading architecture, design, integration projects and implementation projects
o Strong knowledge of Enterprise Web Application development, Java/J2EE, HTML, Oracle and Linux
o Ability to understand structured documents like contracts, document templates etc
o Ability to document and understand requirements related to data migration/interfaces
o Experience writing requirements and design specifications for Data Migration/Integration projects.
o Experience developing plan for performance analysis, test scripts, execution and reporting performance results with recommendations
o Ability to understand process flows
o Good communication skills (Written and Spoken)
· Specific Skills - Some exposure
o Knowledge of Contract types like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Agreements, and Master Service Agreements
o Good understanding of contracts and how they are used
o Ability to identify variables and static information from a contract (Business Terms)
o Performance Analysis of SQL Queries
· Advantageous Skills - Not required
o Exposure to contract workflow, contract lifecycle
o Product-specific knowledge in Emptoris Contract Management
