Cognos Consultant 

LOCATION:  Los Angeles, CA, United States 

6 months

$50/hr

 

Requisition Details:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in various aspects in Informatica powercenter and powerexchange

• Hands on with Cognos 8.X and Knowledge on Cognos10.x

• Managing and implementing Cognos Administration and Security .

• Development of Solution and report using Report Studio,Analysis Studio, Metrics Studio

• Designing and Creation of Meta data model in IBM Framework Manger

• Designing and Creations of Cubes using Cognos Transformation

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from the business and IT teams.

• Conduct and participate in design and code walkthroughs.

• Utilize technical best practices and standards for development in BI and specifically in COgnos

• Ensure consistency and deployment of best practices in design, development, and testing techniques and documentation.

• Manage and coordination with Offshore teams

• Should be self-driven and a strong team player

2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly preferred.
