Business Analyst

 

Duties:

 

• Gather and organization information on programs and projects from ideation to implementation
• Collaborate with business and act as a liaison to technology departments to define program and project deliverables
• Assist in formulating/defining scope and objectives through research and fact finding
• Conduct data and requirements analysis, document findings, prepare estimates, and present recommendations for new solutions, systems, and procedures.
• Lead and facilitate program/project level requirements and solution design sessions
• Works with business partners to define, document, and review business processes and operations
• Develops detailed documentation to support understanding of requirements in support of business, design, development, and Quality Assurance
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project managers
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
