Job Title: Data Analyst

Duration: 10 months
Location: Indianapolis, IN, US

Need EAD GC/GC/US citizens/TN visa consultants

Qualifications:

Need candidates who can come for in-person interview and should have strong Healthcare payer experience
 
Analyze & Identify sources and format of data for correspondence & reporting forms/templates in HP Exstream.
Experience and demonstrated understanding of technical specifications from business requirement analysis and design sessions.
Analyze data needs and document business requirements.
Establish data mining protocols develop data queries, reports and analyze data to improve data quality.
Utilize databases to analyze data.
Research and resolve data discrepancies. 
Create test cases and thoroughly test systems and reports.
Define reporting needs, establish reporting calendar.  Maintain up to-date documentation.
Utilize scripting language for report development, manipulating data and queries.
Communicate and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
Ability to adapt well to changing priorities, requirements and client deadlines

Other Required Qualifications/Experience

Qualification Data Analysis at Healthcare Payer Minimum Years Required 1   Qualification Experience creating stored procedures, queries and views. Minimum Years Required 1   Qualification SQL Query Development Minimum Years Required 3   Qualification Relation Database Management Minimum Years Required 6
