Responsibilities include:
• The definition of process, artifacts, roles and responsibilities related to enterprise architecture, including the technology architecture review process.
• Assists with integrating the EA processes with related business and existing IT processes.
• create governing principles to guide EA decision making;
• define processes to ensure effective technology lifecycle management;
• perform analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine impacts on the enterprise architecture;
• Consult on application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technology architecture and identify necessary modifications to the architecture to accommodate project needs.
• Define, develop and produce technical architecture documentation which describes the current and future technology architecture state.
• Define, develop and produce artifacts which describe the business application-to-technology relationship
• analysis of the current DOT IT environment to detect gaps and recommend solutions for improvement;
