Job Description:
• Work with multiple mutually dependent offshore teams
• - Lead cross training of all resources to continually spread and deepen knowledge
• - Lead and direct teams through sound demand intake processes
• - Lead teams through spec and design reviews of all work efforts
• - Lead all technical work efforts across all teams with proven best practices
• - Instill and expect accountability for all deliverables
• - Build and maintain highly successful working relationship with development partners within the organization
• - Build strong dependable alliances with IT teams outside of the organization
• - Work with management to establish and set priorities
• - Motivate teams to find efficiencies in the production environment and make actionable plans for measurable change
• - Spark innovation, modernization and be a catalyst for change
• - Handle onshore / offshore coordination
• - Review work product from offshore before delivery to the customer
• - Query resolution for onshore/customer team related to Thunderhead design/architecture
• - Write technical / functional design documents, technical specifications, etc
