Job Description :
C# .NET 3.5 & 4.0 2 years
o ASP.NET web pages (pages, master pages, user controls; not MVC)
o ADO.NET required
o LINQ & Entity Framework a plus
MS SQL Server 2008 3 years
o Creation of stored procedures, functions, and views.
o Creation of tables preferred. Some projects would have this be required.
HTML & CSS 2 3 years
o Image editing not required.
JavaScript (DHTML, jQuery) 1 year
Telerik for ASP.NET Familiarity preferred
ETL package development (SSIS, DTS, Tibco) preferred if not 1 year
Description:
· Need for a software developer with a background that includes .Net and C# and SQL Server technologies to develop a solution that will eliminate manual and paper driven processes within our Career and Technology and Finance offices
· Looking for a developer that has knowledge and experience with MVC 4.0 framework
· Candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, coding, unit testing and documentation of specific application components in support of Finance projects assigned by project manager
· Programmer will produce pieces of or all of the solution architecture documentation package and participate in the build, release, and deployment of scripts. Install/deploy code or stage code for deployment
Responsibilities:
· Review, analyze, and become familiar with the current development of the CATE & Finance Application to provide bug fixes and document the code if needed
· Investigates errors and problems within application components and modules, remediates and solves these issues, and communicates these solutions to project manager, application customers and users using specific application defect tracking methodology and software
· Develops and integrates software, tests and modifies components and application modules as directed by project manager
· Integrates software, tests and modifies components and application modules produced by outside vendors, contractors, suppliers, or other entities, so that these modules perform as designed in the agency environment
· Develops the necessary documentation for technical code documentation and user manual documentation for customers
· Report progress weekly to management and project manager
· Work to be performed onsite
