Job description:
· The position will be responsible to develop tool training material. The tool in development is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM contact management program using the Services module. We are looking to develop materials that will be handed over to other trainers in local Amway Markets. The training is focused on use of the tool (not business process specifics, but business process flow at a higher level).
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
· This rollout of training is the 2nd release of our local CRM system.
· In addition to training material, a set of knowledge documents on general use for consumption by local Amway Markets in their knowledge bases will also be needed
· Key teaser concepts that can get ahead of the actual end user trainer will need to be developed for Markets to ease into training.
· A shorter course will also need to be developed for users to conduct User Acceptance Training; these users already know the system, just not the specifics on new features.
