Position Title: Business Intelligence OBIEE Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 3 months +

 

Our client is looking for an OBIEE Developer to work within an Enterprise BI team.  Consultants must be able to work independently and show self-motivation.  We are looking for OBIEE developers who are ambitious and eager.

Overview:

·         Support the configuration of OBIEE and BI Publisher security based on defined data visibility and access level requirements

·         Support the general administration of OBIEE including stopping/starting of OBIEE, managing RPDs and web catalogs

·         Create, maintain, and manag the technical documentation and artifacts for the reports design including the BI repository and BI Publisher configurations

·         Demonstrate and gather feedback on reports based on business requirements

·         Develop guidelines and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency

 

Requirements:

·         2-5 or more years of proven experience in OBIEE experience including 10g and 11g, should also have experience designing reports in BI Publisher.

·         Experience in security and server administration.

·         Experience in analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, validation and deployment.

·         Knowledge of OBIEE user, object and data security and caching capabilities.

·         3-4 or more years of relational database experience with hands on SQL experience

 

Other:

·         Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with limited direction

·         Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
