Ten day, ten city tour to take farmworkers, allies from Immokalee, to NC, OH, KY, TN, GA, and then back to Florida with a last stop in Publix's hometown of Lakeland, March (14th and 15th)
Friday and Saturday, March 14th and 15th, make plans to join the Coalition of Immokalee Workers and our allies for the culminating event of our 10-day, 10-city "Now is the Time" Tour. We will once again extend the call to Florida's hometown grocer, Publix, to join the Fair Food Program.
On the heels of last month's historic agreement with Walmart, and as unprecedented changes continue to take root in Florida's agricultural industry, "Now is the Time" for Publix to accompany us on "the sunlit path to justice."
