Technical expertise on Enterprise Windows Systems and VMware Systems Administration, Implementation, Migration and Support over Physical and Virtual IT Infrastructures that includes the following technologies: Novel NetWare, Windows Server 2008, 2003, 2000 with Active Directory, and VMware ESXi 5.5, 5.1, 5.0, 
· Enterprise IT projects lifecycle experience on Designing, Deploying, Administrating, Maintaining and Supporting Enterprise Microsoft platform and customized business applications.
· Practical experience on VMware ESXi, and VSphere 4 – 5.5 environments with vCenter Management, VMware View 4 & 4.5,VMware vApps, Thin Apps, Consolidated Backup, DRS and HA. 
· Led complete Physical-to-Virtual (P2V), Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V) and Virtual-to-Physical (V2P) migration of Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Servers.
· Hands on experience on Redhat and Suse Linux Environments.
· Expertise in Windows 2003/2000/NT – Active Directory server administration
· Resolved all issues related with performance of SAN backed VMware ESX Infrastructure to determine proper allocation of resources to a multi-department user population with widely varying needs.
· Managed the entire gamut of tasks associated with Network Infrastructure Design and Maintenance.
· Deployment, and maintenance of a broad range of Microsoft Technologies including:
