Title: Oracle GL BSA
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 3 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION & Notes
Oracle General Ledger (GL) expertise
Worked on an Oracle 11i to R12 upgrade- oracle has stopped supporting Oracle 11i. Release 12.
Oracle Web ADI experience- upload func for journal entries.
Strong technical skills to help work through issues and log tickets with Oracle
In process of upgrading oracle app suite which is main acct financial sys that affects who company doing it in house.
Staff aug here and there.
Main BSA that supports GL module has been pulled off and put on another project we want to get someone in who has exp with similar upgrade.
Experience with with FSG reports- Fin Statement generators.
Questions Asked to Manager:
What are your major initiatives? Projects?
We are in the process of upgrading our Oracle EBS applications to release 12 from release 11 and some of our internal staff are getting pulled off onto other projects and we need to staff aug for this project.
What other departments/areas/managers does this affect?
Just IT
What is the timeline/stages/start/end dates?
We would also like them to start as soon as possible since we are going live in Mid-August. They may need them to stay on for a month after to support and depending on the other BSA workload.
What is the human capital need at this point for this project?
