              this is a combination of a strong BA+PM with functional knowledge

 

Dev Manager – this is a combination of a strong BA+PM with functional knowledge

Interact with users to gather requirements

Capable of understanding business requirements and translating to functional/system reqmts

Experience in testing methodologies and approaches

Assist users during UAT

PM experience in development projects (estimations, planning, tracking, escalations)

 

Functional Knowledge (atleast some of below)

Understanding of higher education systems in the US and challenges in ensuring student success

Knowledge of university services ecosystem

Appreciation of critical factors that contribute to student retention and success

Modeling and predicting student success through various parameters including surveys

Understanding of Student Information Systems and ERP systems used by universities
