Job Title: Business Analyst-BI/DW Systems Analys, with Micro strategy
Location: Brea, CA
6 months +

Qualifications required the position
5+ Years professional experience in business systems analysis
3+ Years experience in Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouses
Experience interpreting and writing Functional Requirements and Data Mapping documents
Experience interacting with customers to gather requirements
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Thorough knowledge of the Micro Strategy platform.  3+ Years experience is ideal
Intermediate/advanced SQL skills in one or more relational databases
Knowledge of various ETL and Data Integration processes
Solid understanding dimensional Data Modeling (usage of Snowflake and Star schemas)
Exposure to working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues is helpful
Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams
Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferences
Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry
