Job Title: Business Analyst-CRM
Location: Brea Ca

Client is seeking a Business Analyst with B2C Application experience to be part of a

team that provides support to business groups including Advertising, Marketing and

the National Call Center.  The person selected will be involved in supporting Lead

Management System, CRM applications, company websites and mobile applications.  

The person selected will be involved in supporting company websites, CRM

applications, Lead Management Software, and mobile applications.  
 
Candidates with prior experience on Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com and/or Lead

Management Software are preferred.
 
Qualifications
5+ Years professional experience in business systems analysis
Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues
Experience in interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen

Specs, and Data Mapping documents
Experience in interacting with customers to gather requirements
Excellent communications skills
Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams
Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
1+ years professional experience with the insurance industry is highly beneficial
Experience working on Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, and/or Lead Management

Software is beneficial needed the position
Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry
