| Skills Requirements: Needed skills: -Working experience of SharePoint -Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and design documentation. -Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases. -Strong Experience in defining systems and Web application requirements. -Knowledge of .Net development platform. -Database experience such as Oracle OR DB2, OR SQL Server/SQL OR JDBC. -Familiarity with project management frameworks. -Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
Desired skills: -Self starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment. -Ability to investigate/research issues, determines impact, and provide solutions. -Familiar with Web Service technologies such as Apache Axis, SOAP and WSDL. -Familiar with Rational Unified Process, CMM/CMMI. -Strong communication and technical writing skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving. -Self-managed with the ability to mentor others. -Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel. -Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents | |
