3. Guide technical team at onsite/offshore

4. Perform unit testing

5. Participate in CRP's, SIT's and CAT

6. Ability to provide inputs to cutover plan

7. Knowledge of API's in SCM area

9.Expert or strong knowledge on in PL/SQL, XML publisher, Integrations, workflow, enhancements

10. Knowledge on OAF

11. Experience in AR and GL modules"
