Job Role: Salesforce Developer 

Location:  New York City, 

Duration: Long Term 

Visa copy required at the time for submission 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, design or other relevant field and at least two
years of Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience with relational database development lifecycle, from concept creation, design,
development, prototyping, wire framing, and testing through to implementation, etc.
• Extensive experience of relevant design, coding and/or CRM software, especially with Force.com
and Salesforce platforms. Knowledge of and experience with SQL/SOQL, Apex, Visualforce,
Java, and HTML5/CSS a plus
• Experience with the mobile data collection tools (e.g., TaroWorks, ODK) and reporting tools (e.g.
Conga, Tableau) a strong advantage
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terminology to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to effectively service clients/partners and manage product development
from start to finish, particularly in the for-profit sector
• Ability to work independently, flexibly and responsively
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing working conditions
• Demonstrated independence, leadership skills and spirit of teamwork
• Excellent oral written communication skills required
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 10% of time
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong advantage
