• Job Title: IT Recruiter // Technical Recruiter
• Job Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
• Shift Timings: 7:30  PM to 4:30 AM (IST)

 

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruiting for direct IT clients
• Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements
• Negotiate the salary and other benefits with candidates
• Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent
• Follow up and follow through with the candidate during the interview stage
• Close job offer and work with cross functional teams to deliver the offer
• Maintain database and other reports as required

 

Required Skills:

• 1-4+ years experience working in US Staffing industry
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
