Role Description
Oracle CRM on Demand Support Monitor ServiceNow Queues for Oracle on demand CRM
• Acknowledge and timely complete service requests
• Support the user on business access particularly on homebuilding instances
• Generate report
• Service Requests
• Perform regression testing for Oracle on demand CRM instances upgrade
• Provide technical support for Oracle on demand CRM
