Position: Business Analyst

Location: Torrance, CA

Duration: 6+ Month/ Contract

Interview: Phone and In Person

 

Required: EAD/GC/USC/EAD OPT, No H1B

In Person required

Seeking a Senior Analyst with enterprise project experience.  The ideal candidate will have dealt with multiple projects at one time and with a diverse background in technology & projects.  This would include compliance, architecture and governance.  Responsibilities will include:

- Define business process

- Functional requirements gathering, documentation, design, and management using various techniques

- Business analysis deliverables, including: business process / task / workflow descriptions, business process models

- Use cases, use case diagrams, scenarios, business rules, reports design, and user interface visualization.

- Be the liaison between business, technical, and other project teams

Must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

5 to 7 years or relevant technical or business work experience.

The candidate must display the following technical competencies:

-  In depth knowledge of business requirement and corporate priorities.

- Advanced ability to gather/refine complex business requirements, recommend or make decisions on business requirements/interdependencies.

- Advanced ability to develop complex business cases.

- Advanced ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plans.

- In- depth knowledge of compliance principles.

- In-depth understanding of the business architecture and its relationship to other architectures.

- Advanced ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
