Job Description :

• Has managed Microsoft CRM Dynamics Projects and ideally Microsoft CRM On-line Projects.
• Has an advanced technical understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Microsoft CRM On-Line.
• Develops project plans in partnership with Microsoft and the business stakeholders. This will include solution design, testing, user acceptance test coordination, implementation, migration planning, risk mitigation, success criteria, milestone tracking, budget monitoring, support strategy, change management and resources assignments.
• Engages project resources as necessary to support the project.
• Insures project goals are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Manages project activity and keeps senior IT staff informed of project progress. Utilizes Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Applies change management techniques with regard to systems and applications.
