Role Objective
· Engage with Siebel CRM – IT and Business team to define business and functional requirements leveraging the best practices of the latest Siebel – Open UI technology and framework.
· Work closely with Business BAs, CRM – Architects, Solution Designers and Tech Leads, to define the end to end solution with Open UI for the Siebel application.
· Work with key stakeholders and define the Open UI implementation strategy keeping in mind the end user satisfaction, cost effectiveness and efficiency.
· Leverage and implement the industry best practices and learning with respect to Open UI.
Key Skills
Must have:
· At least 7-8 years of strong hands on functional as well technical experience on Siebel (version 8.1.1.11 + Open UI included)
· Experience of Siebel upgrade projects, preferably in version 8 to Open UI upgrades.
· Strong Siebel Functional / Domain knowledge and experience.
· Strong knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS etc.) with respect of Siebel – Open UI.
· Good knowledge of Siebel Architecture and Data Model.
· Good knowledge of Siebel Tools & client set up and related troubleshooting.
· Good knowledge of Oracle Database Administration.
· Good knowledge of Integration of Siebel Applications with external systems, for example using MQ, JMS, Web services etc.
· Understanding of other areas of Siebel like configuration, scripting, workflow, business service, state models, runtime events etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
· BIP reports design & configuration.
· Siebel core consultant certification (V7 or above).
· Upgrade Specialist skills.
· Performance tuning skills.
· Siebel EIM & EAI development skills.
· Siebel ADM.
· Project management.
· Agile framework and implementation.
