Essential Skills               

Must have strong prior experience working with PFMD Dot net C# and SQL server. Proficy MES PFMD /Dot Net C# Deployment

1. Hands on knowledge in proficy PFMD, SOADB, Tracker.

2. Hands on experience in C#, Dot Net , SQL server programming

3. Experience in WCF , WPF, Silverlight

4. Experience in Trouble shooting Proficy deployment issues.

5. Convert the site requirements into global functional and technical design leveraging the PFMD engine and document the same.

 6. Ability to travel to Germany(Berlin) to collaborate with site team

7. Ability to build screens on the fly to validate user interface with end users. Support the concept of Fast works.

8. Direct the offshore developers to ensure the development is in line with the technical design

9. Collaborate with SAP SA to define requirements for SAP to MES interface

 

Good to have: • Six Sigma green belt • Knowledge on manufacturing domain. • Excellent Written, Communication and presentation skills. Collaboratively work and support team to discover creative, best practices • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing(required) • Excellent interpersonal skills (required). • Able to interact with multiple types of personnel and convey information in a manner best suitable for the needs of that particular individual.

 

Desirable Skills              

• Understand the existing Architecture • Develop C# libraries for Profiy PFMD as per the functional requirement • Create /Modify SQL procedure • Create/update functional and technical documents. • Travel to the various plants for the implementation and support locally / internationally.
