Skill Set: Container based deployments, CHEF, PUPPET, DOCKER, Release engineering and infrastructure automation best practices
Mandatory Skills CHEF, DOCKER, PUPPET,
Good to Have Knowledge of scripting languages, Knowledge on building the CICD pipeline framework for .NET & Java applications
Responsibilities :
- Review entire environment and its configurations
- Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
- Release engineering and infrastructure automation best practices
- Knowledge of Scripting languages, and some knowledge of Java
- Ability to collect and review logs
- Communication, and ability to self-learn our environment is key
- Should know how certs work in the container world.
- Perform release management activities, ensuring that the project is able to deploy the new automated software reliably and frequently.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of deploying Containers
- Good knowledge on building the CICD pipeline framework for .NET & Java applications
- Strong knowledge on Build and Deployment process and tools
- Strong scripting knowledge
- Experience with Chef and Docker.
- Configuration management with Chef, Knowledge of Consul (Service Management) and Redis / Vault
