Technical
· Hands on experience in configuration, Setup and using Service Virtualization Tools of HP, IBM, CA LiSA is a MUST
· Skilled with VBScript, , XML, Web services, .Net, and SQL
· Solid experience with tools HP QTP/UFT, HP -ALM, , Perl Scripting, MS-XL Macros
Mandatory Functional Skills
· 10+ years' experience of defining and architecting Service Virtualization framework processes, practices, Should be able to setup the Service Virtualization practice and operationalize it.
· Solid experience in Software Engineering Development, Test Automation & Quality Assurance
· Excellent written , oral communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including Sr leadership (Directors, VPs SVPs)
· Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively
· Ability to work independently or as a member of the team. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
· In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies.
Desirable Functional Skills
· Ability to Plan, Strategize, Estimate effort and Guide Team.
· Excellent Communication & Leadership skills,
· Ability to sail through various levels within client organization and excellent stakeholder Management.
· Experience of working in onsite-offshore model.
· Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively, think outside box.
· Ability to work independently or as a member of the team.
