Role Description : SAP BASIS : Security & Authorizations

Essential Skills :

•         Should have excellent communication skills

•         Ability to work in a customer environment and work in coordination with a remote project team

•         Ability to build good training documentation

•         Analytical skills to build problem statements and come up with solution statements

•         Experience in managing tasks and deliverables related to an SAP implementation project in different phases

•         Experience with testing and data migration

•         Preparation of technical specification and test scripts

•         Participant in workshops and clarify any technical questions

•         Proactive issue identification and recommendations on resolution.

•         Maintain high degree of knowledge/ understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions, keeping current with release levels and industry issues

 

Desirable Skills :

•         Experience in SAP security design, analysis, business blueprint, configuration, realization, go-live, testing, pre and post-production support, and knowledge transfer for multiple full lifecycle implementation project

•         Extensively worked on GRC 5 and above

•         Good communication skills

•         Strong understanding of Internal Controls / Segregation of Duties Framework

•         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

•         Supports technical design and development of SAP Security functions for programs, projects and change requests

•         Assists in gathering requirements, detailed design, architects, builds and implements SAP Security solution.

•         Supports and administers SAP Security & authorization, roles design, implementations, audit and SoX functions.

•         Define and complies with company policies, processes, and procedures utilizing SAP as the technical platform.

•         Provides information and supports audits to ensure proper segregation of duties and SOX compliance.

•         Operates effectively in the context of a SAP Security projects with excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and self-management skills, multi-task and manage work priorities.

•         Identifies opportunities for process improvements which meet or exceed customer expectations for the provisioning of SAP Security roles and user ids
