Technical/Functional Skills :
· Technical skillset: Need to have hands on experience on most of the below mentioned skills Core Java 1.5 , JEE Applications, Struts Framework 1.2, JBoss/Tomcat, MySQL, JavaScript
· Have experience on Linux basis commands, AJAX and Shell Scripting will be an added advantage
Experience Required: Hands on experience on maintaining & developing Java/J2EE based applications for minimum 3-4 years.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Analyzing requirements on enhancements and proposing solutions for current application.
· Estimating effort required.
· Guiding the team during design and mitigating technical difficulties
· Application support & maintenance
· System Analysis of the current applications
· Technical Documentation
Generic Managerial Skills : Very good communication/coordination skills since will need to interact with client team & coordinate with offshore team
