We need resources who are pure Windows Admin.  They should have experience providing L3 support work.  Client do not want pure Data Center guys and folks should of worked with Windows Server.
·         Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WINS & Server Virtualization
·         Strong Client Server Knowledge ( windows 2003/2008)
·         Excellent communication
·         Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, reproduce & resolve issues impacting application performance
·         Co-ordinate issues with different team members.
