Job Title: Developer (Serena Business Mashups) 

Location: Owing Mills, MD

Job Description:

 

·         Expert in workflow design using the Serena Business Mashups (SBM) / TeamTrack product. Should be familiar with orchestrations and TeamScript as well as complex business and SDLC logic needs. Supporting development projects software build management, development of build scripts, VB, C#, or Java scripting and tailoring of the Serena build and code installation functionality to meet the needs of Release Management Team. When requested duties include assisting in project change control activities, such as participation in projects change control boards and performing CM audits. When appropriate will perform or participate in manual or semi-automated deployments of code to various distributed environments

·         Is familiar with industry best practices in the Software Configuration Management discipline.

·         This position is also subject to being "on call" for emergency situations requiring immediate resolution. Travel between all MD & DC locations may be required.

·         Supports existing business systems applications. Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions. Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications. Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications.

·         Is familiar with industry best practices in the Software Configuration Management discipline.

·         This position is also subject to being "on call" for emergency situations requiring immediate resolution. Travel between all DC & MD locations may be required.

·         Supports existing business systems applications. Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions. Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications. 

·         Business Justification: Increasing CF user base and rework of NWR system (SBM) workflows needed to support the CF SDLC through 2012

Requested Skills:

·         C# (required)

·         VBScript (required)

·         Java (required)

·         Web Services & general API technologies & wrappers

·         Business workflow solutions designs

·         SBM (Serena Business Manager) Composer

·         Serena Dimensions CM data structure and tool integration

·         AGILE Methodology & SDLC

·         ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI or other methodology models

·         Report writing
