This is our direct-client opening for a Java UI Developer located in Scottsdale, AZ, for an immediate hire. This is a 6-12+ month contract and the rate depends on experience.

 Writing JSP's efficiently by passing objects to the action/service layer

Understanding of request/session/Application scope in a web application

JSTL tags and custom tags

MVC architecture and the application flow from the Web Layer to the service layer

Consuming Web Services in the web tier.

JavaScript methods for validation

Good background of Ajax along with AJAX call for Web Services

Understanding hHbernate interfaces
