Capture and Document requirements    Required 8 Years

Business analysis, systems analysis, information flow analysis, organizational and planning skills. Workflow and data modeling.            Required 8 Years

Large scale, complex, commercial off the shelf software system experience        Required 8 Years

Apply and interpret user requirements, apply logical sequencing to improve or change business processes and rapidly learn computer software         Required 8 Years

JAD Sessions      Required 6 Years

Many of the record layouts, interfaces will be to legacy MF systems        Required 6 Years
