Position : Oracle Order Management / Manufacturing consultant

Duration : 5 Months

Location : Minneapolis, MN / Stoughton, WI

 

Job description:

 

· Ability to deliver OTM project from start to finish, per customer expectation

· Process mapping and gap analysis

· System configuration, testing, migration, and support of all modules

· Well versed with performance tuning of bulk plans

· Expert at operational planning, freight rating, tendering, event management, and carrier/customer collaboration

· Experience with production support and maintenance

· Project documentation

· Knowledge transfer and training

other skills required

Successfully completed multiple OTM implementations

· Full OTM module range (Order mgmt- Planning and execution-Freight settlement)

· Expert at troubleshooting bulk plan and functional setups

· As part of Oracle EBS implementation or environment

· Agent workflow and process automation

· KPI and Reports

· Transportation and logistics operations experience will be a big advantage

· Industry: LSP/3PL, CPG, Retail, Hi-tech, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and/or Chemical

· Transportation modes: road, fleet, ocean, air, parcel and inter modal

· Global trade management and warehouse management experience will be a bonus Qualifications:

· Strong ability to manage key stakeholders and influence change with clients

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively

        · Strong organizational and analytical skills
