Position : JAVA Developer

Duration : 1+ Years

Location :   Irving, TX

 

                                              

Job Duties:

Will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of key marketing and strategic deliverables.

Will contribute towards timely delivery of regular code releases and will participate in validation activities.

Ensure that the order flow through is clean by reducing fallouts and building robots.

Participate data sync-up and cleanup activities, identify root causes and make timely fixes.

Use technical expertise to troubleshoot production in the quickest manner.

Help the team to adopt new technologies and contribute regularly towards architectural improvements

Coordinate with Offshore and Onsite teams .

 

Qualifications

5-7 years hands on experience in J2EE development.

Extremely well versed in analysis, design and construction phases of information systems.

Should have sound knowledge of Weblogic, MQ Series and Oracle SQL.

In depth knowledge of Java design patterns.

 

Be able to troubleshoot LINUX, Web Logic issues.

Be familiar with troubleshooting tools such as heap & dump analyzers.

Should possess knowledge of Code review tools such as Sonar to identify code defects early in the life cycle.

Possess sound knowledge of productivity improvement tools.

Should have excellent communication skills and should be well versed in Powerpoint, Excel, Visio etc.

Knowledge of Eclipse or other equivalent IDE, jUnit or other equivalent tool for testing, Jprobe or other equivalent tool for debugging .

Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities .

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
