Duration : 3 months contract to hire
I am looking for someone that has strong SCOM skills including custom development and service operations tool expertise.
1. Evaluating and selecting a Service Operations Management tool to host the ESL web services .
2. Evaluating and selecting an operations management tool for this infrastructure (lead contender currently is SCOM).
3. Sizing these tools and associated database environments based on SEI traffic volumes and providing installation manifests and requirements for the same (will be installed at the DC, current volume is expected at 10m transactions per day).
4. Performing the actual installation of the tools and hosting of the web services (Wipro will provide the base platforms).
5. Creating custom code / MPs / reports in SCOM that will tie together logged performance metrics info from several different endpoints (store POS, store ISP, ESL, 3rd party CRM hosted at a separate DC) and providing an end to end view of the entire transaction flow from store to CRM and back (we have a key that all parties have agreed to log with and will use that to tie the info together).
6. Create and provide operations manuals / run books to client who will own maintenance.
7. Custom reports/dashboards in SCOM .
